CAVA runs Mediterranean fast-casual counters where guests build a bowl, a pita or a salad from a base, a protein and a spread of toppings. Chef-curated options like the Spicy Lamb Avocado Bowl and Steak Harissa Bowl sit alongside the build-your-own line. Six sections carry every price and calorie count on the CAVA menu.
Bowls and Pitas anchor the board, priced by protein tier from $11.55 up to $16.55. Kids Meal, Drinks, Sides and Desserts round out the rest of the lineup. Every row below lists one CAVA item, its calorie count and its price together.

CAVA Menu Prices and Calories
The CAVA menu opens with Bowls and Pitas, its two largest sections and the anchor of the build-your-own format. Six proteins carry their own price tier on the CAVA menu. Chicken, falafel and the build-your-own base start that ladder at $11.55, climbing to $16.55 for the Spicy Lamb Avocado Bowl.
Kids Meal, Drinks, Sides and Desserts fill out the rest of the board at flatter, lower prices. Every section below lists calories next to price, matching CAVA’s own nutrition guide item for item.
Bowls and Pitas share the same protein-tier pricing, so a Chicken Shawarma Pita costs the same $13.60 as the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma Bowl. Drinks, Sides and Desserts skip that tiering and carry one flat price regardless of the item chosen. Kids Meal keeps to a single build at $7.15, priced apart from the tiered adult sections. Locations and What to Expect sections follow the six item groups near the bottom of the page, closing out with company facts.

What to Expect Inside a CAVA
Guests move down a service line at CAVA, choosing a base, a protein, dips and unlimited toppings before a dressing finishes the order. Crazy Feta and hummus, both made in-house, also sell as retail tubs in grocery stores including Whole Foods Market.
The chain converted its last Zoes Kitchen locations to the CAVA format back in 2023, closing out a 2018 acquisition. Guests managing more than one allergy at once can cross-check every topping, dip and dressing in advance. What each item declares sits on its own page.
