Subway Menu with Prices and Calories

Subway menu

Every sandwich gets assembled on the line in front of you, one ingredient at a time. The Subway menu prices each sub twice, once as a 6-inch and once as a Footlong, and the calorie count moves with the length. Bread, protein, cheese, vegetables and sauce are all choices rather than a fixed recipe.

Subway Series numbering now organises the whole lineup. Each signature build wears a number, so #1 The Philly Steak and Cheese gets ordered by digit as readily as by name. Wraps, protein bowls and salads take those fillings with no bread at all.

The short answer

The Subway menu prices every sandwich at two lengths, a 6-inch and a Footlong, each with its own calorie count. Numbered Subway Series subs sit beside classics such as Tuna and Veggie Delite. Wraps, protein bowls and salads repeat those fillings, and the Fresh Value Menu holds the simplest builds.

Subway Menu Prices and Calories

The Subway menu works from one assembly line and four formats. A sandwich, a wrap, a protein bowl and a salad all draw on the same trays of meat, cheese and vegetables. The fillings repeat while the price and the calorie count do not.

Sized items take one line per length. A 6-inch and a Footlong of the same sub each get their own row, because the two are priced apart and counted apart. Breakfast, cookies, chips and catering platters fill in the rest of the Subway menu.

Subway Series Sandwich Prices

Subway Series builds each wear a number that stays the same at the counter, in the app and on the receipt. #30 The Beast piles pepperoni, salami and ham together, while #16 Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki leans sweet rather than cured. Ordering by digit beats reciting the fillings, though a few builds only exist when they are ordered by description.

Subway Classic Subs, 6-Inch and Footlong

Tuna gets mixed in the restaurant, Meatball Marinara arrives already in sauce, and Veggie Delite skips the protein tray entirely. These eleven predate the numbering and stayed on the Subway menu when the Series arrived. Hot Honey Pepperoni and Hot Honey Chicken join them, sweetened rather than cured.

Deli Faves sit at the plain end of the Subway menu, four fixed sandwiches without the extras a Series sub collects. Sub of the Day rotates a different sandwich into the slot each day of the week. Meal of the Day adds chips or two cookies and a small fountain drink to whichever sub is up.

Subway Breakfast Subs and Prices

The Egg and Cheese sub starts with a patty on toasted bread, and bacon, ham or steak joins it on the other three. This corner of the Subway menu is served through the morning at participating restaurants, so these four are not stocked everywhere. Each one is built at both lengths.

Subway MVP Rewards

MVP Rewards took over from the older MyWay programme and gathers points in the restaurant, in the app and online. Membership climbs through three tiers as annual spend grows, and each step up lifts the multiplier. Points turn into Subway Cash rather than into a named free item. Ordering through the app pays extra on top of the base rate.

Subway Hours

Opening times belong to the franchise owner rather than to head office, so two restaurants a few miles apart can keep different schedules. Some markets stretch the day at both ends, and a few trade around the clock. Breakfast is served through the morning at participating restaurants only. The app lists whatever times a given restaurant keeps.

Subway Locations

More restaurants trade under this name than under any other in the world, spread across nearly a hundred countries. The United States accounts for the largest share of them by a wide margin. Head office sits in Milford, Connecticut, though the story behind Subway starts a long way from there. Almost every restaurant is franchised, which puts hours and promotions into local hands.

What to Expect Inside a Subway

Ordering begins at one end of a glass case and finishes at the till. You pick the bread, then the protein, then whether the sandwich goes through the toaster. Vegetables and sauces come last, called out one at a time. Nothing gets assembled until you ask, so the queue moves at the speed of the decisions ahead of it.

The app and the website take an identical order without the queue, and third-party delivery covers most markets. Curbside pickup and takeout are standard almost everywhere. Every choice made along the line changes what the finished sandwich holds, which the per-item allergen list sets out.
