How the Starbucks Secret Menu Works
Nothing here carries its own button on the register. A barista rings the closest drink on the board and adds what the build calls for. Every figure on this page therefore belongs to that base drink at Grande size, the same one a barista rings up at the till. An added shot, an extra pump of syrup or a scoop of java chips lands on the bill on top.
Three of these builds have crossed to the printed board: the Pink Drink, the blended Strawberry Lemonade and the Medicine Ball. Medicine Ball rings up as Honey Citrus Mint Tea. Starbucks added the first and the last of those once regulars had made them routine.
Starbucks Secret Menu Coffee and Espresso
Shot counts run the espresso end of the Starbucks secret menu. Batch brew holds at 5 calories a cup. Red Eye takes one shot into brewed Pike Place Roast, Black Eye two, and Green Eye three on top of a Caffè Americano. The Undertow pours drip coffee with three pumps of syrup, a splash of milk and two shots over the top. Nutella Drink layers chocolate syrup, hazelnut syrup and caramel drizzle over a Caffè Misto.

Starbucks Secret Crème Frappuccinos
Crème Frappuccino builds carry no coffee at all. Milk carries the base, and a nondairy swap works on any of them. Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino, a powder base, carries nine of them, with peppermint syrup making a Candy Cane and cinnamon dolce a Cinnamon Roll. Cotton Candy takes an extra pump of raspberry, and Pokémon GO goes in by its parts rather than its name.
