Wingstop Allergen Menu and Ingredients

Wingstop allergen menu

The Wingstop allergen menu tracks nine possible allergen categories across 30 items in four menu sections: Chicken, Flavors, Dips and Sauces, and Sides. Only seven of those nine categories actually turn up among the 30 items.

Soy leads them all, tracing to the fryer breading and most of the dry rubs. The guide covers chicken, flavors, dips and sides. It does not cover drinks.

Every row below states declared allergens and nothing else, exactly as Wingstop’s own guide lists them for that item. A blank line in the source is never read as an all-clear on its own. Wingstop states only what its own listing declares for that item. Nothing beyond that gets added.

The short answer

The Wingstop allergen menu covers 30 items across four sections, and each row states only what Wingstop’s own guide declares for that item. No figure here is inferred from an item’s name or its ingredients. Soy is the most common allergen across the whole grid, appearing on 26 of the 30 items.

Wingstop Allergen Menu Item by Item

Every item below keeps the exact allergen wording from Wingstop’s own guide. Nine possible allergen categories appear across the grid. Only seven turn up among these 30 items: soy, dairy, wheat, egg, celery, mustard and a combined fish-and-shellfish mark. Wingstop keeps its off-menu builds on a separate page, since this guide covers declared allergens only.

Chicken at Wingstop

Classic, Boneless, Tenders and Filet are the four base proteins on Wingstop’s own guide, and all four come off the same fryer line. Classic is the only one of the four declaring nothing at all. Boneless and Filet both add wheat and soy from their breading, and Tenders adds wheat alone.

Flavors at Wingstop

Soy turns up on all twelve flavors on the Wingstop allergen menu, the one allergen every flavor shares. Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Mild and Original Hot each add celery on top of that base. Garlic Parmesan is the only flavor declaring dairy, and Hawaiian and Spicy Korean Q are the only two adding wheat. Hickory Smoked BBQ stands alone in declaring mustard.

The Dips and Sauces section closes out the Wingstop allergen menu with four items total. Blue Cheese Dip carries the widest list of the group, naming dairy, egg, soy, fish and shellfish, mustard and celery together.

Ranch Dip and Honey Mustard Dip both add mustard, though only Ranch Dip carries dairy alongside it. Cheddar Cheese Sauce runs shortest of the four. It carries dairy and nothing else.

Sides at Wingstop

The Sides section fills out the Wingstop allergen menu, running from seasoned fries to a single dessert. Brownie carries the widest list of the group, naming wheat, dairy, egg and soy together.

Buffalo Ranch Fries and Louisiana Voodoo Fries both add dairy and egg to their soy. Cheese Fries and Parmesan Fries add dairy without the egg. Veggie Sticks Celery is the only side declaring celery instead of soy.

Dairy-Free Options at Wingstop

Dairy does not appear in the declared list for 21 of the 30 items on the Wingstop allergen menu. Flavors contributes the largest share, with 11 of its 12 flavors clear of dairy, since only Garlic Parmesan carries it. All four Chicken proteins qualify too, alongside Honey Mustard Dip from the Dips and Sauces section.

Sides adds five more: Seasoned Fries, Lemon Pepper Fries, Hot Honey Fries, Seasoned Fried Corn and Veggie Sticks Celery. Cheese Fries, Buffalo Ranch Fries, Louisiana Voodoo Fries, Parmesan Fries and the Brownie all carry dairy instead. Ranch Dip, Blue Cheese Dip and Cheddar Cheese Sauce carry it too. The table below lists all 21, with whatever else each one still declares.

Ordering Gluten-Free at Wingstop

Wheat does not appear in the declared list for 24 of the 30 items on the Wingstop allergen menu. Wheat-free items outnumber the dairy-free group. Classic is the only one of the four Chicken proteins to qualify, since Boneless, Tenders and Filet all carry wheat from their breading. Ten of the twelve Flavors clear wheat too, and Hawaiian and Spicy Korean Q are the only exceptions.

All four Dips and Sauces qualify, along with nine of the ten Sides. Brownie is the only side still carrying wheat, tracing to its baked crust. This year’s limited-time flavor drop carries its own separate allergen declarations, not counted in the totals above. The table below lists all 24, with whatever else each one still declares.

Cross-Contact and Shared Equipment at Wingstop

Wingstop fries its chicken, tenders and sides in shared oil across the whole kitchen line. The oil gets filtered between batches to cut down on wheat carryover, though Wingstop stops short of calling any fried item gluten-free. A dedicated fryer for one single allergen is not part of the standard setup.

Wingstop says it works to keep allergens from crossing between items during prep, while acknowledging that cross-contact can still happen. Wingstop‘s allergen guide is a starting point rather than a guarantee. A serious allergy is worth mentioning to the counter before ordering.

Wingstop Allergen Menu FAQs

Yes. Wingstop’s own allergen guide covers 30 items across four sections, chicken, flavors, dips and sides, naming soy, dairy, wheat, egg and other declared allergens for each one.

Yes. Soy is the most common allergen on the grid, appearing on 26 of the 30 items, mostly through the flavors and the fryer breading.

Yes. Twenty-one of the 30 items list no dairy, including all four chicken proteins and 11 of the 12 flavors, though several dips and fries carry it.

No single wing flavor is labeled gluten-free. Classic, the plain bone-in wing, is the only chicken protein without wheat, but Wingstop does not make a gluten-free claim on any fried item.

Blue Cheese Dip carries the widest list on the page, naming dairy, egg, soy, fish and shellfish, mustard and celery together.

No. The guide covers chicken, flavors, dips and sides only, and does not extend to drinks.

Yes. Wingstop’s own guide notes that cross-contact can still happen, so mentioning a serious allergy before ordering covers what a printed list cannot.
