Hardee’s Made From Scratch Biscuit Allergens

Buttermilk and butter put milk into every biscuit on the Hardee’s allergen menu, and the dough puts wheat and soy beside it. Egg reaches most of this section, including Super Bacon Biscuit, Super Sausage Biscuit and Monster Biscuit®. Country Ham Biscuit, Sausage Biscuit, Biscuit ‘N’ Gravy™, Country Fried Steak Biscuit and Pork Chop ‘N’ Gravy Biscuit stop at milk, wheat and soy. Biscuit ‘N’ Gravy™ also anchors the Harold, which adds egg and cheese on top of those three. Sesame turns up only on the two hand-breaded chicken biscuits, which arrive on a seeded roll.

Hardee’s Breakfast Burrito and Platter Menu

Homestyle Loaded Breakfast Burrito and the sausage version both declare milk, egg, wheat and soy from a flour tortilla and a folded egg. Hardee Breakfast Platter® carries the same four through its biscuit, its eggs and its Hash Rounds®.

Hardee’s Charbroiled Burger Allergens

Seeded buns put sesame across the charbroiled section of the Hardee’s allergen menu. Cheese and bun dough account for the milk, the wheat and the soy. Egg reaches Super Star®, Famous Star®, Monster Burger®, both bacon cheeseburgers and both Frisco builds through the mayonnaise. Double Mushroom and Swiss and Double Big Cheeseburger leave it out, as do their single versions. Both Frisco builds swap the seeded bun for sourdough and drop sesame with it.

Hardee’s Hand-Breaded Chicken and Tenders

Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich and every tender box declare egg and milk from the breading itself. The wash goes on before the fillet ever meets the fryer. Sesame follows the seeded bun on the sandwiches and stops there, which is why the tender boxes list only milk, egg and wheat. Ranch Tender Wrap, Honey Mustard Tender Wrap and Spicy Tender Wrap swap the bun for a tortilla and pick up soy instead.

Hardee’s Roast Beef, Ham and Hot Dog Allergens

Sesame rides the seeded buns through this stretch of the Hardee’s allergen menu. Milk comes from the cheese sauce, and wheat and soy from the bun. Jumbo Chili Dog stands as the one row without milk, declaring wheat, soy and sesame only.

Wheat runs the longest list, since biscuit dough, burger buns, tortillas, wraps and the hand-breading all start from flour. Hash Rounds® and Crispy Curls® declare it through their own seasoned coating rather than through a bun.

Egg arrives three ways: a folded omelet or scrambled egg, the wash in the hand-breading, and the mayonnaise on the charbroiled burgers. Soy runs broader again, riding bun dough, sauces and fryer oil across the burgers, the sandwiches and the biscuits.

Sesame here means a seeded bun and nothing else. It follows the charbroiled burgers, the hand-breaded chicken sandwiches, the roast beef line, the Jumbo Chili Dog and three of the kids meals. Both Frisco builds stop it, arriving on sourdough instead.

Dairy-Free Options at Hardee’s

Hardee’s allergen menu clears milk from just five items across the whole board. Jumbo Chili Dog leads the list. Hash Rounds and Crispy Curls follow it onto a very short dairy-free roster. The Hamburger Kid’s Meal and Hot Dog Kids Meal round it out for younger diners.

Ordering Gluten-Free at Hardee’s

Hardee’s gluten-free list runs to two items. Hand-Scooped Ice Cream Shake and a glass of 1% Milk cover both of them, which leaves nothing solid to eat. Every biscuit, burger, chicken item and side contains wheat, leaving almost nothing else to order.
